This Service Order, which incorporates our Online Subscription Agreement – Version 2.1 located online at https://ivy.ai/iosa/ (the “Agreement”), is made between the customer named below (“you”) and Ivy.Ai, Inc. (“Ivy,” or “we”). This Service Order is effective August 8, 2022 (the “Effective Date”). All capitalized terms not defined in this Service Order have the meanings given in the Agreement.
