This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of , 2024, by and among the VILLAGE OF CHANNAHON, an Illinois home rule municipal corporation, the CITY OF CREST HILL, an Illinois municipal corporation, the CITY OF JOLIET, an Illinois home rule municipal corporation, the VILLAGE OF MINOOKA, an Illinois municipal corporation, the VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, an Illinois home rule municipal corporation, and the VILLAGE OF SHOREWOOD, an Illinois home rule municipal corporation (each a “Party” and collectively, “Parties”).
