(“Agreement”) is entered into as of this day of February, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Qwest Corporation, d/b/a CenturyLink, QC (“CenturyLink”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Colorado and the City of Tempe (“City”), an Arizona municipal corporation. CenturyLink and the City are each referred to as a “Party” and are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
