This Electronic Banking Agreement (“Agreement”) between you and American Bank, N.A. (“Bank”) contains the terms and conditions governing use of the Bank’s Electronic Banking Services (as defined herein). “You,” “your,” and “yours” mean the depositor(s) and/or user(s). When you use any of the Services described in this Agreement, or authorize others to use them, you agree to the terms and conditions of the entire Agreement. The terms and conditions of this Agreement, together with all amendments or modifications thereto, are cumulative with, and in addition to, any terms of the Deposit Account Agreement and related deposit account signature cards and authorizations, loan account agreements, the applicable deposit and loan account disclosures, and any credit account agreements relating to any credit accounts you may have with the Bank. To the extent expressly provided for otherwise herein, should any inconsistency exist or arise between the terms of this Agreement and any other agreement
