TRANSPORTATION SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Amendment No. 2”) is entered into as of the date last executed below on the signature page of this Amendment, to be effective July 1, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Board of Education (the “School Board”) of the Rockford Public Schools, District No. 205, Winnebago and Boone Counties, Illinois (the “School District” or “District”), an Illinois school district, and FIRST STUDENT, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Contractor”), with its headquarters at 600 Vine St., Cincinnati, OH 45202. All capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in the STS Agreement (defined below).
