MEMORANDUMMaster Certificate Purchase Agreement • February 21st, 2014
The Master Certificate Purchase Agreement (the 2014 REC Agreement) would provide for NStar to purchase the Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) from the Nantucket High School wind Turbine that would be generated in calendar year 2014. Such Agreement would succeed the existing agreement with National Grid to purchase such RECs in 2013 (the 2013 REC Agreement). CRMC secured the proposed agreement by responding to an RFP issued by NStar on behalf of the Town of Nantucket in accordance with our approved scope of services and under the direction of Town Administration.
