This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”) is made this 19th day of April, 2002 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Chicago 20 MHz, d/b/a PrimeCo Wireless Communications, LLC, as assignee of PrimeCo Personal Communications LP, (“Chicago 20 MHz”), a Delaware limited liability company with offices at One Pierce Place, Suite 1100, Itasca, IL 60143, and Verizon North Inc., f/k/a GTE North Incorporated, Verizon South Inc., f/k/a GTE South Incorporated, a Wisconsin corporation (“Verizon”), with offices at 8001 West Jefferson, Fort Wayne, IN 46804, (each of Verizon and Chicago 20 MHz being individually, a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”).
