Sealed Responses/Proposals, prepared with one original, one readable media, and five (5) copies addressed to the Purchasing Supervisor, City Hall, room 302, 823 Rosenberg, Galveston, Texas 77550, will be received until 2:00PM on June 26, 2015 opened immediately in that office in the presence of the City’s auditor or a witness from the Finance Department and the Purchasing Supervisor. Any submission received after 2:00PM on the date specified will be returned unopened, for the following project.
