THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (“Lease”) is made by and between the City of Gainesville, Florida, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, whose address is P.O. Box 490, Station 6, Gainesville, Florida 32601 (“Landlord”) and , whose address is: (“Tenant”) (hereafter collectively “Parties”). In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein and other good and valuable consideration the parties agree as follows:
