The LANSA Software ("Software") that is the subject of this Agreement is made available exclusively via Amazon Web Services ("AWS"). By accessing the Software via AWS, you ("Licensee") are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the terms of this agreement ("Agreement"). This Agreement is a legal contract between Licensee and LANSA Holdings, Inc. ("LANSA") for the Software. Licensee acknowledges it has had the opportunity to review the Agreement, prior to acceptance of this Agreement. If Licensee does not agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Licensee must not attempt to access the Software.
