THIS INTERIM SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and among the City of Bryan, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (“City”) and Stonehenge Holdings, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Developer”), effective as of the day of , 2019. For purposes of this Agreement, the City and the Developer are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
