The Board of Trustees of Chino Valley Unified School District has provided the students of Chino Hills High School with a parking area. By school policy, use of the parking lot is considered a privilege and not a right. A privilege of this kind assumes obligations and responsibilities on the part of the student driver. Chino Hills High School reserves the right to suspend or revoke on-campus parking privileges of any student who abuses the driving and parking regulations. Further, by entering any campus parking lot, the person driving any vehicle is deemed to consent to a complete search of the vehicle, all its compartments and contents, by school officials or law enforcement personnel for any reason whatsoever. This notice applies to all vehicles of any type and is in force 24 hours a day. Parking lot regulations are not made to needlessly censor or prohibit student activity.
