This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on the date specified via an online portal, MyCarrierPackets.com (“Effective Date”), evidenced by the Signed Agreement Affidavit (“Affidavit”) between the motor carrier named on the Affidavit ("Carrier”), and Route Transportation & Logistics, Inc. ("Broker"). Broker and Carrier shall be referred to collectively as the "Parties" and individually as a “Party.”
