THIS LEASE AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF KENOSHA, WISCONSIN, a Wisconsin municipal corporation, duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, having its principal office at 625 52nd Street, Kenosha, Wisconsin 53140, hereinafter referred to as "CITY", and KENOSHA YMCA, having its principal place of business at 7101 53rd Street, Kenosha, Wisconsin 53144, hereinafter referred to as "LESSEE".
