In connection with the services provided by Caylent, Inc. (“CAYLENT”) under the Master Services Agreement (or equivalent agreement) (the “AGREEMENT”) between CAYLENT and the counterparty signed hereto below (“CLIENT”) intends to transfer certain Personal Data to CAYLENT, so that CAYLENT is able to perform the services under the Agreement. This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) shall govern the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to the processing of such Personal Data.
