Binding Agreement. The Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement and comply with the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms and Conditions”) by accepting this Agreement in accordance with the acceptance method prescribed by Tink, including, as applicable, by creating an account for the Tink Console, using the Tink Console, by “click through” or “click to accept” or by executing an Order Form incorporating this Agreement.
