Department of Airports (Los Angeles World Airports or “LAWA”), acting by and through its Board of Airport Commissioners (“BOAC”) (collectively, “LOS ANGELES”), on the one hand, and the City of Inglewood (“INGLEWOOD”), on the other (each, a “Party,” and collectively, the “Parties”).
