This agreement provides for the Conditions of Service required to provide the most reliable operation of the tugs. It is the responsibility of both the Union and the Company and its employees to cooperate fully, individually and collectively to ensure the safety of the vessel’s operations, environment and personnel, while retaining above average standards and good economic operations.
