You enter by submitting your best anterior case to the email address set forth below. The only limitations—it must be a case where you used Ankylos and you must fulfill all requirements as specified herein. The entry should consist of photos taken before, during and after treatment, X-rays, a 50-word treatment description and, if possible, a patient portrait (“Material”) together with the patient consent form as set out in S chedule 1. You may enter only once. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Dentsply.
