MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THEMemorandum of Understanding • July 2nd, 2022
In accordance with the provisions of California Government Code Sections 3500, et seq., and Resolution No. 75-127 of the Joint Board of Directors, OC San's authorized representative has met and conferred in good faith with representatives of the Orange County Employees Association (OCEA) for the Administrative and Clerical Unit. These meetings have resulted in an agreement and understanding to recommend that the employees represented by OCEA accept these terms and conditions, and that the Board of Directors adopt by Resolution the changes and additions to the wages, hours, and conditions of employment for the employees represented by OCEA as set forth in this Agreement.
