This document ("Agreement") sets out the Terms of Service for the purchase of electricity between Fulcrum Retail Energy LLC d/b/a Amigo Energy ("Amigo Energy", "we" and "us") and you, the customer ("you", "your" and "Customer"). Customer and Amigo Energy may be referred to individually as a "Party" or collectively as "Parties" herein. Your electricity requirements at the service location or ESI ID designated by you on your Enrollment or Renewal Form will be served under this Agreement.
