This DXcharts Trial License Agreement (v.1.1.) (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Devexperts Solutions IE Limited, having its registered office at 6 Trinity House Charleston Road, Ranelagh, Dublin, Ireland D06 C8X4, registered number 720583 (“Devexperts” or the "Licensor") and the Customer as defined in the applicable Order Form (“Customer”, “You”, “Licensee”) (hereafter each referred to as a ”Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties”) regarding Your usage of devexperts.com/dxcharts/ (defined as ”Program” below). This Agreement is aimed at the Customer who is an entity, hence, if You are a representative of an entity and are entering this Agreement on behalf of such entity, the “Customer” means such entity. If You wish to use the Program as an individual, please contact Devexperts at sales@devexperts.com.
