This Influencer Agreement (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of: (i) the Shop and Shout website located at http://shopandshout.com (the “Website”), (ii) the Shop and Shout online social marketplace enabling consumer product owners (each, a “Brand”) to reach persons offering to create promotional online media content for dissemination on such persons’ social media network (each, an “Influencer”), and (iii) all other services provided by Shop and Shout, as described on the Website (collectively, the “Platform”).
