In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Stennis Space Center, located at John C. Stennis Space Center, MS 39529 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA SSC") and Launcher Space located at 19 Morris Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11205-1095 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Launcher"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
