WHEREAS, The City of Baton Rouge/Parish of East Baton Rouge Parish (“City-Parish”) and South Central Planning and Development Commission, Inc. (“SCP&DC”) have met, discussed, analyzed and mutually agreed to partner together to expedite plan reviews for compliance with building codes in accordance with the Louisiana State Uniform Construction Code for Louisiana and City-Parish Ordinances and Unified Development Code; and
