This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is entered into by Plaintiff Linda Sanders (“Plaintiff”), individually and on behalf of the class of persons she seeks to represent, and by Defendant Citizens Bank, N.A., formerly known as RBS Citizens Bank, N.A. (“Citizens”). Plaintiff and Citizens are referred to collectively in this Agreement as the “Parties.”
