Pursuant to the lease agreement between Laredo Real Foods, Inc. and Webb County dated August 1, 2012, for the rental of the property located at 1319 Hidalgo St., Laredo, Texas 78040 to be used by the Webb County Community Action Agency for the Meals on Wheels Program, the parties hereby agree to the one time lease extension provision. Said extension of the original agreement shall be for a period of two (2) additional years beginning August 1, 2015 and terminating July 31, 2017. All lease terms and conditions remain the same as the original lease agreement dated August 1, 2012.
