These terms and conditions constitute the entire Agreement Concisys, LLC and you (“Customer') under which Concisys, LLC agrees to perform and you agree to procure manufacturing services, hereinafter further defined as “Work”. Acceptance of your purchase orders is expressly conditional on your assent to these terms and conditions. Please advise Concisys, LLC in writing of any specific objections to these terms and conditions within a reasonable time prior to scheduled delivery. Failure to do so or in any event your acceptance of delivery of the products ordered will constitute your assent hereto.
