Those General Terms and Conditions, and where applicable the Specific Terms and Conditions, shall be interpreted and applied as a single instrument (the "Contractual Terms" or the "Agreement"). The Agreement between Namespace and the Customer sets forth the legal rights and obligations governing Namespace offerings, provisioning and delivery of the Services and the Customer's receipt and use thereof.
