Transition Agreement • April 3rd, 2020

Purpose: The purpose of the Transition Agreement is to ensure that the resources & processes for timely completion of deliverables & other activities, as required by Application & Information Management Services (AIMS) and Operations & Security (O&S) to support the solution are agreed upon in the Design Phase. The Stabilization Period is the time agreed upon with AIMS and O&S after Go-Live where the Project Team will retain control of the solution to ensure that major bugs and issues are resolved before transition begins. The Transition Period is the time required to ensure adequate knowledge transfer from the Project team to the support teams prior to project handover. The transition period starts when the Stabilization period has ended. The Transition Agreement identifies the planned transition to other branches as determined at the end of the Design stage. The key deliverables & activities are validated in the Closure Report.
