This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made and entered into by and between Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District (“GCCISD”) and the City of Baytown (“Baytown”) pursuant to Texas Education Code § 37.081(g). Collectively GCCISD and Baytown may be referred to as the "Parties."
