,2009 is by and between 27 South Tejon Partners, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company and LandCo 27 LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability company, as tenants- in-common (“Seller”), and the City of Colorado Springs Public Facilities Authority (“PFA” and “Buyer”), a Colorado nonprofit corporation and an issuer on behalf of the City of Colorado Springs (“City”); (Seller and Buyer may be referred to herein collectively as “Parties”).
