Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Assignment shall have the same meanings as in the Loan Agreement dated as of the Effective Date (as amended from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”), between Borrower, as borrower, and Lender, as Lender for the benefit of the Lender, and if not defined in the Loan Agreement shall have the definitions in the Hedge (as defined below).
