This Energy Services Agreement (“ Agreement”) is made and entered into as of , 2020 (“ Effective Date”), between the Gonzales Electric Authority, a joint powers agency (“ Purchaser”), and Bodega Microgrid Generation LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“ Seller”) (each a “P arty” and collectively, the “ Parties”). This Agreement includes and incorporates the Terms and Conditions below and the attached Appendices. Executed as of the Effective Date.
