THIS AGREEMENT is made, on the date of execution by the County, between Lemay Erickson Willcox Architects, PC, located at 11250 Roger Bacon Drive #16, Reston, VA 20190 (“Contractor”) a Corporation authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the County Board of Arlington County, Virginia. The County and the Contractor, for the consideration hereinafter specified, agree as follows:
