This API & Data Use Agreement is made by and between Economic Modeling, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company d/b/a Emsi (“Emsi”), and University of North Texas of Denton, Texas ("Licensee"). For the fee shown below Emsi will provide the following United States API data to Licensee. This agreement sets forth the license terms and conditions for Licensee’s use of Emsi’s API to access Emsi’s proprietary data elements (“Licensed Dataset”). Use of the API and the Licensed Dataset is conditioned upon acceptance of and adherence to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
