INTRODUCTION. This Exchange Publisher Service Agreement (this "Agreement") shall govern the relationship between Nelson Cabinetry LLC, a Wyoming corporation, with offices located at 3301 Conflans Rd #301, Irving, TX 75061 ("Nelson Cabinetry"), and the party requesting the Services ("You" or "Publisher") with respect to the advertising service (the "Service") offered through Nelson Cabinetry’s exchange located at www.nelsonkb.com (the "Site"). You and Nelson Cabinetry may also be individually referred to herein as "Party" and collectively as "Parties."
