This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") is entered into as of the of May, 2019 ("Effective Date"), by and between the Town of Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts (the "Municipality" or "Oak Bluffs"), acting through its Board of Selectmen (the "Board") and NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy ("EVERSOURCE"). The Municipality and EVERSOURCE are referred to herein collectively as the "Parties" and individually as "Party".
