The Funds have adopted policies and procedures to protect each Fund and their respective shareholders from potentially harmful Frequent Trading. Such policies and procedures include reserving the right to reject certain shareholder transactions. The Funds have considered the standardized Frequent Trading monitoring and restrictions applied by the Intermediary and have determined that such standards are acceptable.
