This Release and Waver of Liability and Indemnification Agreement (“Release”) is entered into by the undersigned (“Participant”) in consideration of permission given by Ervin A. Yoder and Dina Yoder (“Yoder”) to enter onto Yoder’s property located at 9123 Goodrich Road SW, Beach City, Ohio 44608 (the “Property”) and partake in recreational activities (including swimming and kayaking) on the Property, including but not limited to, swimming, kayaking, and other recreational activities on the pond located on the Property. Participant hereby agree as follows:
