These terms and conditions and the purchase order accompanying or referencing these terms and conditions (collectively, the “Purchase Order”) is an offer by ModernaTX, Inc. or an affiliated entity of ModernaTX, Inc. ("Buyer") to the seller listed on the Purchase Order ("Seller") and acceptance is limited to its provisions without additions, deletions, or other modifications. Buyer will not be responsible for any goods or services delivered that are not listed in Purchase Order.
