The student agrees to pay the sum of Three Hundred and Ninety Five Dollars ($395) to Merkley’s Driving School Inc. as tuition for a complete course in Driver’s Training. Training consists of Ten (10) Hours of Classroom Instruction and Six (6) Hours of Driving. Driving will be done in the driver education vehicle accompanied by and under the supervision of a qualified Driver Education Instructor.
