This First Amendment to (“Amendment”) to the School Resource Officer School Safety Programs Funding Agreement 2020-2021 (“Agreement”) by and among the DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD OF PASCO COUNTY (“BOARD”) and CHRIS NOCCO, as Sheriff of Pasco County (“SHERIFF”), is effective as soon as signed by both parties; and shall be in full force and effect until the end of the Agreement term unless otherwise stated in writing.
