This Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”), is made and entered into by and between the North Central Texas Council of Governments (“NCTCOG”) and the City of Weatherford (the “City”). NCTCOG and the City may each be referred to as a “Party”, and may be collectively referred to as “Parties” to this Agreement.
