This Business Banking Services Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the terms and conditions of our business deposit banking services, as well as the regulations that govern them. This Agreement applies to all organizations, businesses, and municipalities maintaining Salem Five business checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, and certificates of deposit. This Agreement does not govern accounts for consumer purposes. Please read this Agreement carefully and retain it for your records.
