Pursuant to section 205 of the Federal Power Act (“FPA”),1 and part 35 of the regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“Commission”),2 PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (“PJM”) submits for filing an executed Wholesale Market Participation Agreement (“WMPA”) entered into among PJM, OneEnergy Development, LLC (“OneEnergy”) as Wholesale Market Participant, and The Potomac Edison Company (“Potomac Edison”) as Transmission Owner, executed on December 12, 2016 (“OneEnergy WMPA”). PJM is submitting the OneEnergy WMPA for filing because OneEnergy intends to engage in wholesale sales in the PJM markets from a generating facility connected to Potomac Edison’s distribution facilities.
