DESCRIPTION: First amendment to this contract between AMI Housing Inc., formerly Advocates for Mentally Ill Housing, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR and County of Placer through its Health and Human Services Department, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”, to add additional resources to increase the number of permanent supportive housing units in the Tahoe Region. All these changes are reflected in Exhibit A-1 Scope of Services, Exhibit B-1, and Exhibit E-1.
