In addition to curbside garbage collection, Clearfield City offers its residents the Neighborhood Dumpster Clean-up Program. Clearfield City residents, volunteer groups, neighborhood associations or other groups may schedule delivery and pick-up of a roll-off dumpster for their neighborhood clean-up projects. The City, through Waste Management, will provide 30-yard, roll-off dumpsters to eligible participants.
