This amendment to the agreement dated December 20, 2011 by and between the Austin Independent School District (“AISD” or the “District”) and IDEA Public Schools (“IDEA”), (the “Agreement”) is made in part pursuant to Section XV.A.15 of the agreement and pursuant to formal action taken by the AISD Board of Trustees (“Board”) on December 17, 2012, and is and shall be effective as of the date of execution hereof by both parties (“Effective Date”).
