This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of August 14, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), between dishNet Wireline L.L.C. (“dishNet”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Colorado, with offices at 2460 W. 26th Street, Suite 380-C, Denver , CO 80211 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and dishNet may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
